Our personal mantra within our business and within our own personal life is to live from the heart. Living from the heart is something that you have to concentrate and constantly notice and use.

Living from the heart at first can feel a bit uncomfortable. Through your lifetime you have built up many walls to keep from being hurt or to keep from being taken by another person. Our early experiences in childhood as well as our later experiences in life can cause us to put up walls to others around us because we want to avoid being hurt once again or we just don’t want others to know who we really are for fear they may ‘judge’ the person that we have come to be. Taking down walls is like stripping away our securities walls that we have built to protect ourselves from being vulnerable and hurt.

We are still breaking down walls and are constantly reminding each other that no matter whom we speak with, whether they are negative or positive, to live from the heart. Live from the inner core being of you. The place where you really are safe, secure and everything you say and do is the most wonderful thing no matter what it is. When you can live from the heart and realize that your inner core being is who you are and no one can hurt you unless you focus on it, then life takes on a whole different meaning. You can walk into a room full of people and be safe in the fact that, you are a core being that has all the moves already, and you direct your physical through your core being to be what it desires through focus and intention. Any new person you meet, give them the benefit of the doubt and see them for the core being that they are. When you can reach in and see the core being in all and act accordingly, you are living from the heart.

So does this mean that you go through life trusting everyone and everything even when your caution voice tells you otherwise? Of course not. You have an inner voice that comes from the core being plane that tells you when to be careful. Distinguish which voice belongs to logical, which voice belongs to fear, and which voice belongs to the core being. When you do come across someone that just doesn’t feel right still live from the heart and use what you have learned in your experiences how to deal with this particular person. You can still live from the heart with no matter what you have to deal with.

Your core being is the real you. And living through core being is living from the heart.

We thank the Universe each and every day for every one of you. You are who we have attracted to our lives through the Law of Attraction and we are who you have attracted…the planets have aligned and let’s enjoy each other’s company knowing that we are living from the heart.

I was playing some old records (well CD’s of old records) the other day and came across one of Bob Dylan’s earliest numbers entitled; ‘Bob Dylan’s Dream’.

It’s years since I last played it, which is frightening in itself, since it’s a song I really love and not surprisingly the message and the vibe it contained had quite an effect.

It spoke so poignantly of a state of mind you only really experience at a certain time of life that revisiting it years later can’t help but move you to tears.

I guess we all succumb to nostalgia once in a while, but the emotions that arise from this can make the moment you last felt them seem like yesterday. The fact that they are still so powerful raises an important issue with regard to The Law of Attraction.

Whenever you engage The Law of Attraction to create something you want now, you have to remember that ‘you now’ is not the only factor in this reality creation equation. There’s also the you once were with his or her dreams and desires. If these past desires have already been realised and continue to be part of your life, no problem, but if they are not, you could be in for some difficulties if what you want now falls outside of the vision and values you had back then.

Here’s what can happen.

Let’s say you were a politically motivated teenager and had very strong views about social equality of one kind or another. Frustrated at being unable to do much about this at the time, you moved on and vowed that some day you’ll find a way to make a difference.

Time passes. Circumstances change and with them your priorities change too. Suddenly you have family commitments and financial goals to reach.

Somewhere deep down you still hold the values you had back when, but you no longer feel compelled to act on them. Now the focus is more on money and success.

And it is these you seek to attract more of into your life.

This is where you now put the Law of Attraction to work. And if you are clear enough about what you want, you should have no difficulty doing this.

Unless the money and success, or at least the way you envisage getting them, runs against the grain of your old values.

Now, don’t get me wrong here. I’m not suggesting that those younger values are more or less important than the priorities that drive your life now. Only that they are a part of your intrinsic nature and as such continue to have an influence on the kind of reality you are truly ‘willing’ to create today.

Getting in touch with these forgotten aspects of yourself is part of the processing work you need to build into your reality creation programmes.

You’ll find it a great help to first acknowledge them and then make peace with them.

Who knows, you may even find they add a valuable element of their own that enhances the future you’re shooting for today. The world needs strong positive visions and values now as much as it did back then. Probably more so.

With a relationship that is core-attitude incompatible (for instance, a Pollyanna and an Oscar-the-Grouch) the individual that understands the power of the mind is the one that can intentionally create peace and harmony in the relationship.


In other words, the one that is willing to intentionally apply the law of attraction to improve the relationship is the one that will ultimately be the cause of that experience.


Of course, there’s a couple of catches!


When we choose to change or grow our relationship, we must do this by being willing to first, accept the relationship as it is; without exception and without an attachment to the change we desire. I’ll explain why this is true, shortly.


Second, it’s important to remember that there’s always a price and a pay-off to every change. When we choose to intentionally change a relationship, we can ultimately attract our ideal relationship (even from within the one we have) but not without change.


Therefore, be open, willing, and prepared for changes. It may not come in the package or form that we originally planned. Remember, there are two creators involved here and therefore compromise, flexibility and growth will be required on both sides. This is true whether both parties are aware of the intentions of the other or not.


Now, getting back to the first catch, you must apply the law of detachment by accepting that your mate may never change and be willing to be at peace with this exactly as it stands, forever.


Making peace with your reality is the art of detachment. Practicing detachment does not mean you are giving up on your desire for a more harmonious relationship.


Quite the contrary, you are giving up on your desire to have your mate be someone they are not. You keep the desire for harmony and that becomes your magnetic beacon.


By focusing on the essence of harmony and calling that into your experience, you literally inspire those around you to act, be, and do things that are in alignment with that harmony. And, you inspire yourself to not be present when this isn’t the case.


You are, through the intentional act of surrendering to what is, exchanging attachment for detachment, resentment for forgiveness and rejection for love.


Therefore, if you want to inspire changes within your relationship, choose to surrender to loving it just the way it is.


Then, begin to put your focus, attention, and intention on the love, harmony, optimism, fun, adventure, connection, passion, etc. that you want to experience at the core of your being.


By imagining that you experience these things within the relationship every day, you create a wave of magnetic energy that ripples through your home. Your loved ones will literally feel inspired to ride that wave and in a boomerang fashion return the love you are sending out, as if they no longer want to present their ‘negative’ face but instead feel compelled to be more harmonious around you.


Recently, a friend had a major breakthrough with her relationship with her in-laws. It required a great deal of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), creative visualization and a willingness to love them exactly as they are.


She used EFT to eliminate her picture of how they are, including her belief that they were disrespectful and indifferent to her needs and that they were and always would be selfish, self-righteous and overbearing. She then used a great deal of creative visualization to implant into the Infinite Mind what she wanted instead: kind, considerate, respectful, honoring in-laws that she enjoyed and appreciated.


Here’s her miracle email:


“Just wanted to pass along some awesome news!! My husband’s parents returned home from vacation this week and they came to dinner last night at our house. Not only was it really wonderful and comfortable and easy and fun…Guess who washed their hands before holding the baby?!?! Talk about progress! Woo-hoo!” THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!” - H.


This email is a miracle because only a few short weeks ago, she would have preferred to never see them again, let alone endure an entire dinner!


She used the power of the law of attraction to literally empower the relationship to have the energy of love, respect, and harmony all on its’ own.


Every relationship experience is caused by our thoughts, emotions and our expectations.


Therefore, to change our relationship experience we must change our thoughts and emotions and expectations of the relationship.


We want to choose whether to use emotional scribbling or emotional sparkle to inspire our ideal relationship from within the one we have.


If we are reacting to what is, then we are using emotional scribbling to draw our relationship masterpiece.


If we are intentional, conscious, and focused on love and acceptance, peace and joy, then we are using emotional sparkle to draw our relationship masterpiece.


In summary, here are the steps:


1) Be willing to love and accept your mate exactly as they are even if they never change.


2) Decide what you want in the relationship and focus on the essence of that desire (peace, love, harmony, beauty, joy, passion, etc.)


3) Begin to give what you want in the relationship. If you want more love, start giving more love. If you want more peace, start being more at peace.


4) Use emotional freedom technique (EFT) or some other forgiveness tool to eliminate the doubts, fears, and resentments from your past in order to free yourself from any self-sabotaging thoughts or expectations.


5) Imagine that you already have the very thing that you want right now from your mate. Practice this vision over and over until it becomes a part of your expectation.


When your love of the reality feels truly fulfilling and your expectation for peace, love, and harmony becomes a knowingness (a firm level of absolute certainty) then your physical world will catch up to your emotional world.


This is when you will open your eyes to the change that has taken place and the materialization of your ideal relationship will be what you see!

You go to bed knowing that you will feel better in the morning. You lay your exhausted head on the pillow and try to visualize, but you’re just not up to it…maybe in the morning.

You wake up in the morning in tears and feeling that you are alone. How can you possibly expect to feel any grateful thoughts like this? You drag yourself out of bed and completely forget about visualization. You wonder why you keep crying.

You put on a brave front for the kids and pretend to be happy about their day at school. You kiss your husband goodbye and when everyone finally clears out you wonder how you’ll make it through the day. There’s nothing to be happy about. You are tired, that’s all. Tired of life and then you cry some more.

How can you possibly apply the Law of Attraction feeling like this?

This is an all too common scenario. The Law of Attraction takes work… Work on your inner self. It can appear that it is just easier to accept the life you are living rather than change you, but the change is worth it. So how do you start when you feel so bad? Take small steps.

Start with affirmations. Listen to what is running through your head over and over again. Maybe it’s a chorus of I’m always tired. I want my life to change but I don’t know how. If this is running through your head over and over again, you’ll want to write down the complete opposite. For example: I have so much energy. My life is changing for the good and I know exactly how to change it. Make the new phrase your mantra. When you hear how tired you are, counteract it with your new affirmation. If you are not up to visualizing right now, just say your affirmation before bed. Start with just one and then continue to make more for all the other negative affirmations you may have.

Slowly but surely you will find you will feel a little better. Then you can take the next step and find what you really want in life. Then start working on visualizations.

You will soon leave the space you are in…if you want to. This is important: If you WANT to. You have to want to change your life for the better, but it’s worth it with the Law of Attraction because it’s guaranteed. Trust that the Universe

Being resistant is a common obstacle that can keep you from enjoying your life to the fullest through the Law of Attraction. The feeling of resistance or ‘pushing against’ seems to pop up in everyday life. Recognizing resistance and how to keep it at bay will help you attain your desires. Let’s see how.

When you have a feeling of discord of any type, you are providing resistance against what you want. For example: You’re having a great day, the kids got up on time, everyone ate their breakfast, and the carpool lane was wide open. You are enjoying the makings of a wonderful day complete with gratitude and joy. At work there is a note on your desk summoning you to a meeting with your boss. This is your first sign of unease. You wonder why he wants to see you? You know there have been a few layoffs lately; maybe you’re next…UGH! So you have exchanged your good feelings and thoughts for fear before you even know why the boss wants to see you.

By becoming upset over nothing, you have started to provide resistance to your enjoyable day. When you see your boss she says you’ve been given the largest company account. That’s it. It was a good thing but you provided resistance for no reason. That little bit of resistance didn’t hurt your office meeting but it can build, if you continue to attract those moments, into an actual event.

So when the day is done you pick up dinner and go home. You’re excited to tell your spouse that you are working on the account of a life time and you have an incredible evening of celebration. You go to your room to visualize what you want the new account to do for you and you let it go to the Universe. Then you begin to make a plan for the new account. You start thinking about what happens if you’re not ready for the new account? What does your boss know? How are you going to do it? You are starting to push against or provide resistance to the wonderful desire you launched to the Universe. The Universe will work on your desire but will also work on your lack thoughts as well. Will your new account turn out as you wanted it? Depends on how much resistance you put into your desire. Your desire may lack structure with this ping-ponging of all your thoughts and feelings.

Why resist? It seems to be human nature to question everything. Question how, why, when, where, and how? Always being prepared for the worst. What about always being prepared for the best? Make that your new motto; instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop, expect everything, yes, everything, to turn out wonderful. If it seems like it is going down hill, expect it to get better. Provide no resistance to life situations. Pushing against anyone or anything only brings you more to push against.

Recognizing resistance is eighty percent of the battle. The other twenty percent is watching what you think and feel about your desires. Once you can lessen resistance, you desires will manifest more clearly and quickly with the Law of Attraction.

My dad used to have a parrot, Jacques that would mimic anything said. We kept him in the florist for everyone to enjoy. One of our co workers, Joey was particularly fond of Jacques and volunteered to feed him each evening when everyone had left work for the day. Joey was a nice, kind person but we found Jacques each morning saying the same thing over and over again, “I have a problem! I have a problem! I have a problem!” Jacques was mimicking the very words that Joey was famous for saying. He started every sentence with, “I have a problem” when there wasn’t even a problem to be had. We noticed that he did begin to have problems… all the time. Between the parrot and him, we began to get tired of hearing, “I have a problem!” especially from the parrot.

My dad finally had reached his limit one day and pulled our co-worker aside. “Joey, are you aware that you always talk about your problems?” my dad said. “I have so many problems and they just keep coming.” Joey explained/complained once again. “Have you ever thought about the solutions to your problems?” my dad wondered. Joey had never thought of the concept of solutions. He thought he had to live life with problems and no solutions.

“Focus on your solutions, Joey. There is a solution to everything. Instead of focusing on your problem, focus on your solution to your problems.” Dad counseled. Joey took it to heart. He began to see his solutions instead of his problems and life became much easier. About a month later, Dad came into the florist early in the morning to get some work done. Dad said, “Good morning Jacques.”

Jacques replied, “Good morning! Good morning! Solution! Solution!” That’s when Dad knew that Joe had understood.

So how many days do you wake up and state, “I have a problem! I have a problem!” If you are applying the Law of Attraction, by only focusing on the problem you will attract more problems just like Joey. But if you begin to focus on the solution and give the problem no mind, you will find that, just like Joey, you will have many solutions via the Universe come your way through the Law of Attraction. Focus on your solution and see, feel, and think the solution, and the Universe will bring it into physical existence right before your eyes.

You should know which books to keep open in your life, and the ones to keep closed. Do you maintain a 24-hour open book of all your past mistakes? Do you refer to it often? Do you relive the pages over and over again? Is it uncomfortably comfortable? In the Law of Attraction, keeping an open book of the past can and usually will sure slow down your progress in attaining what you now desire in your life.

Let’s start closing the books that serve no purpose in our lives. Sure, we can learn from our past but reliving pages of regret or hurt will only bring you more hurtful regret. Learn from the pages and then shut the book, and when you do shut your book, see it closed with peace and calm. When you are tempted to refer to the book, close it and know that you no longer need it. If someone else brings up the pages of your past life, pay them no mind unless it is a positive remark that will move you forward. Staying in the pages of the past won’t move you forward; it will keep you where you currently are in life. Just move on from all the negative and hurtful parts of your life.

You have the ability to rise above it knowing that every day is a new day. Every day you can create a new world the way you want it to be, and closing the pages of hurt and learning from, then moving on from your mistakes will help you to move forward.

How about starting a whole new book with blank pages? Start changing your life through the Law of Attraction and refer to this new book of hope and happiness as often as you can. Don’t refer to your old, out of date book and wind up feeling less than secure. By understanding how to let go of the old book, of the old you, you’ll be able to move forward into the life that you want and deserve. You have the choice to do this; you and you alone. It’s not up to your family or friends. Remember, no matter who has been a part of your life, you are the only one responsible for creating your old and your new book. As always, it is all up to you in the Law of Attraction. So how’s your new book going to be?

What exactly is viral negativity in the Law of Attraction? How about we give you an example of how it works.

Let’s say you go to a get together with a group of your friends. At this get together, there is one couple missing that usually attends every time. You ask where the couple is and one of your friends says, “You haven’t heard? Jack and Angie broke up last week. They’ve been together for over three years and Angie found out that he had a mistress. She is so broken hearted. Jack was so mean to her. He left the house and has filed for divorce. He’s living with his mistress.” Well, to say the least, you are shocked. You thought for sure that Jack and Angie would stay together forever.

So on your way home from the party, you and your significant other talk about Jack and Angie. You are upset at the fact that you trusted Jack and he cheated on his wife. You wonder if this would ever happen to you but you dismiss it because you know it wouldn’t. You’ve decided not to put anymore energy to the subject.

When you get home, the phone rings. It’s your sister. She asked how your party went and you tell her it went fine but that you found out how rotten a friend of yours was. You relive the situation again and tell it to your sister. “But it doesn’t matter. I’ll let it go. I just can’t believe that they separated,” you tell your sister.

You head to work the next day and in the car you get a return phone call from your sister. “I just wanted to let you know that a friend of a friend knows Angie and said she is just heartbroken.” You get off the phone and you’re thinking about how hard this must be for Angie.

You’re at work and you seem upset. A co-worker asks if you are okay and you relay the whole story to him. He tells you that he knew of a couple that had happened to and it was just as hard on the friends as on the couple.

You find at the lunch hour that this co-worker had talked to another co-worker about why you were upset. They come over to talk to you about it and you just continue to be upset and decide to call Angie when you get home.

This whole scenario is what is called ‘viral negativity’. You take a negative situation that is either yours or someone else’s and beat it into the ground. You relive the feelings and thoughts over and over again. You tell your friends, you tell your sister, you tell your co-worker how upset it makes you. Then they begin to talk to their friends or family and the viral negativity continues. This can spread everywhere. This is viral negativity.

So how much are you contributing to viral negativity? And how does this affect applying the Law of Attraction intentionally? It depends on how much viral negativity you are responsible for and how much feeling and thought is going into the negative situation.

It’s best just not to be a part of a negative situation and spread the negative news. Each thought and feeling you have brings you a similar thought and feeling right back to you through the Universe. When you become a part of viral negativity you are hurting yourself and the others involved. You can’t possibly know what someone is going through unless you walk a mile in their shoes. Once you have walked in their shoes (and you just might, if you spread viral negativity), you will have a better understanding of what that person is going through. Nothing is ever as it seems. Only what our own perception sees.

Don’t spread negativity. Change the perception and it will change the circumstances of your life through the Law of Attraction. And keep this in mind… It takes the same amount of time to spread viral POSITIVITY, and in the process of doing that, you just may find the solution for yourself, or your friends - no matter what the problem.

 Christmas Peace, Tranquility & Joy 

 

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a friend that could tell you all the answers to all your problems? And wouldn’t it be nice to have this friend tell you all the answers to every question you had and even gave you advice that was just right for you? Wouldn’t it be nice to know exactly what to do in any situation? What if we told you that you can have the friend in all these questions and you would know exactly what to focus on with the Law of Attraction through this friend?

That friend is you.

Every answer to every question in the world lies within you. You are not the physical being you think you are. You are a part of a consciousness that has all the answers. You can access all those answers with a little patience and focus.

To find your answers it takes some quiet time to yourself and trust in yourself and the Universe. First you want to sit by yourself and think of the questions that you would like answers to whether that be a question in general or a specific question that pertains to you.

Get comfortable and clear your mind. If your mind begins to wander gently bring it back to the nothing. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Listen to your breath and see your inner core being shining through your own physical self. Put your question out to your core being, this can be to yourself or out loud. Continue to sit quietly and just listen. You may hear something immediately or it may take a few times to hear the core being whisper to you. You don’t always get an answer when you are sitting by yourself. You may get your answer hours later in the car. Or you may get an answer from the radio. Be aware of what is around you so that if there are an answer in an unconventional way you, will see it. Always thank the Universe which is a part of your core being as well. The Universe has some very unique ways of imparting the knowledge that you would like to know so be on your toes.

When you ask for an answer, the answer is already there. It just has to take a physical form and that is where the Universe brings what you are asking to you through the Law of Attraction.

For example: Lee was looking for a particular kind of brown manila envelope for a project. We had gone on a ‘bean hunt’ for these elusive envelopes. When he got home he went into his study for the evening. When he came out I asked him if he had an answer. “Not yet.” And we went to bed.

The next day when we were in the office one of our coworkers told us about a new Mom and Pop office supply that had just opened. “They have great stuff,” she said to Lee knowing how much he loves office supplies.

Lee got his answer. He went to the local office supply and his envelopes were there. He asked, didn’t push, and was aware. His answer came quickly. You just want to look for the signs and take action.

The answers are within you and they always have been. Let the Law of Attraction lead you to your answers via the Universe.
